Q: Where is the offices located?
A: Nicole Rose Jewelry offices is located in New York City at 589 5th Avenue. All shipments come from Philadelphia , PA where the brands hub is located.

Q:What is the turn around time for online orders?
A: We traditionally need 4-6 weeks for completion. However, certain items could be ready before the 4-6 weeks or after.

Q: How long is the process for selecting an engagement ring?
A: Each client varies. It could take 1-2 appointments to select your dream stone. Our hand made mountings take 3-4 weeks. If you are on a deadline we will work to the best of our capability to get the ring completed for your targeted date.

Q:Is there a deposit in order to secure the stone?
A: We require 30% deposit on all engagement rings. Balance is paid once ring is shipped

Q: If an item is damaged upon receiving what do I do?

Q: Is sales tax charged?
A: New York City purchases will be charged New York state tax. Shipping out of state there is no sales tax

Q: What payment is accepted?
A: Online we accept credit card only. Private sale appointment purchases can pay by check or wire transfer.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We do ship overseas. You will be charged the difference for possible taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country .The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
