Where are the offices located?
Nicole Rose Jewelry offices is located in New York City at 2 West 46th Street. *NYC Office is under contruction and will open June 2021. Showroom visits is based upon appointment only.

How long is the process for selecting an engagement ring?
Each client varies. It could take 1-2 appointments to select your dream stone. Our hand made mountings take 3-4 weeks. If you are on a deadline we will work to the best of our capability to get the ring completed for your targeted date.
What is the turn around time for online orders?
We traditionally need 4-8 weeks for completion. However, certain items could be ready before the quoted delivery window. If you are on a dead line for a specific date please contact us before ordering.
If an item is damaged upon receiving what do I do?
Please contact us within 3 days so we can provide an exchange. You can reach us at email@example.com
Is there a deposit in order to secure the stone?
We require 20% deposit on all engagement rings. Balance is paid once ring is shipped
What payment is accepted?
Online we accept credit card only. Split payments are not permitted online. Private sale appointment purchases can pay by check or wire transfer.
Is sales tax charged?
Shipping out of state there is no sales tax
Do you ship overseas?
We do ship overseas. You will be charged the difference for possible taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country .The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
All sales are final. If the product is incorrect or has a defect we will provide an exchange or we will correct the defect. To do an exchange, you have a 3 day window of receiving the item to notify us. With specialized custom orders all sales are final. However, if you have any questions or a concern upon receiving your item, please contact us so we can review.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been mishandled in any way.
