Shipping & Return Policy


All pieces have their production windows listed which states 2-8 weeks. If your order is a rush or you want to inquiry product availability please email and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.


Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery, there will be three attempts (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Nicole Rose Jewelry due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times:

  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • UPS Overnight: arrives the next business day from 9-11am (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by DHL before your package can be delivered. Nicole Rose Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.


All sales are final. If you attempt to cancel your purchase within a 24 hour period you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 10% of your order.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email within 10 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Nicole Rose Jewelry due to a manufacturing defect.
