PROCESSING TIME

For in stock items, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. For pieces not in stock, please allow 6-10 weeks for production. If your order is a rush or if you want to inquire product availability please email Contact@nicolerosejewelry.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

SHIPPING

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry shipments to a residential requires signature upon delivery, there will be three attempts (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Nicole Rose Jewelry due to multiple failed delivery attempts). Business addresses are not signature required.

All next day orders submitted by 12 pm EST will ship out that day if there are no modifications. Please put an address where you will know someone will be at the location to sign.

  • UPS Standard Shipping : arrives within 2 business days between 9am-12pm (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • UPS Standard Overnight: arrives next business day/ 9-11am (excluding weekends and holidays). Please place by 12pm EST to leave same day.
  • UPS Saturday Overnight delivery: arrives between 9am-7pm. Please place order by 12pm to leave same day.
  • FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser before your package is delivered. Nicole Rose Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT. Nicole Rose Jewelry is not responsible for international labels for any exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We accept cancellations within a 24 hour period after purchase. The purchaser is responsible for cancellations fees up to 6% of the entire order. Balance will be refunded in the original form of payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange a non personalized item, please contact us Contact@nicolerosejewelry.com within 7 business days of receiving your order for store credit. Exchange has to be submitted within 5 days of receiving label. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Once the product has been reviewed a store credit will be initiated. We do not offer original shipping fees as store credit. In stock items will be held until we receive your return. If your exchange has a lead time of 4-10weeks, production will start once the piece has been received and reviewed. If the customers order has been sent back not using NRJ shipping services, we are not responsible for lost packages.

International orders are responsible for all shipping fees. We are unable to provide any labels for exchanges or returns. Our shipping providers do not allow us to send a return label.

EXCHANGE POLICY GUIDELINES

All bridal, classic diamond studs, eternity necklaces, personalized, custom designs, and discontinued sale items are final sale. Bridal and personalized will not be accepted in the form of a store credit. International orders are not qualified for exchanges and are final sale.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email us within 3 business days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Nicole Rose Jewelry due to a manufacturing defect. RESIZING + REPAIRS

Did you purchase the wrong ring size? Or do you need to have your jewelry repaired? We would be happy to adjust it for you! The customer is responsible for any applicable repair/shipping fees. Please contact Contact@nicolerosejewelry.com to discuss repair options. Please allow 24-28 hours for reply.
