To restore shine, gently clean your jewelry with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can damage both metal and gemstones. For deeper cleaning, professional servicing is recommended.

Some stones are naturally porous and can absorb water or oils, which may cause discoloration, dullness, or structural damage:

• Coral.

Water may seem harmless, but repeated exposure — especially to hot water, soaps, and chemicals — can gradually compromise certain gemstones. When in doubt, it’s always best to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or washing your hands.

In-stock items ship within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order timelines may vary by item. Once your piece is ready, tracking will be emailed. Residential jewelry deliveries require a signature.

EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange/store credit if Nicole Rose Jewelry is contacted within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be new and unworn.
