Petite Two Tone Diamond Butterfly Pendant

I have medium sized version of this, much better in quality and sparkle than the petite version.
I’m still ok with the piece but the customer service is sub par. I don’t recommend them! within a few days of buying the petite butterfly necklace, this went on 20% sale. So I called them and their excuse was -“since it’s already delivered we can’t adjust the price but if it was in production we could”?
This item was in stock and I was charged $30 for next day delivery, so I got it in a day. Then the lady asked me to follow Nicole on instagram, and I asked how that would solve the issue at hand and she said if you follow her you will know when the next sale is.

I said no thank you and hung up.
I’m not planning to shop there in future.

This necklace exceeded my expectations. While it is noted as being petite, I think it is the perfect size and really packs a sparkly, little punch. It is perfect on its own or really easy to layer, and I love the two tone look. The quality is exceptional - this was my first purchase from Nicole Rose but definitely won't be my last!

I couldn’t be happier! I constantly get compliments on my butterfly! It’s so dainty and sparkly at the same time. Can’t wait to get another one.
